Thanks for the impecable customer service. Even though the protector has been a bit delayed in transit, my wife and I have been enjoying the best sleep of our lives on our new Queen 3 inch 4 lb Topper that arrived on Saturday (far earlier than I expected, by the way).

I will echo the reviews from all I've read about you, "I can't believe we waited so long to fall asleep!!! We didn't know a bed, much less our own, could be so magically comfortable". And yes you were right, it fits perfectly, edge to edge, and was ready to sleep immediately... And it did not disappoint!!!

We thought our experience couldn't be any more satisfying when I recieved a personal phone call from you on Sunday and an email notifying me that the mattress protector incidentally was shipped under a separate tracking number.

Most companies don't even bother to follow up at all, much less the company's namesake taking to time to personally guarantee my complete satisfaction.

If I have anything to do with it, no one I care about will ever buy from anywhere else.

It is everything you said it would be and more. I have chronic lower back pain and have tried other "quality" foam toppers but yours is absolutely the best product I've ever purchased!

It is amazing how much denser your product is and the 3" thickness is perfect. We have transformed our bed to equal any of the most expensive foam mattresses on the market for the cost of topper.

Hi Chuck. I purchased a 3" queen 4lb memory foam topper from your company last week, and I only wished that I had purchased it a few yrs ago.

I have a Tempurpedic mattress set that I purchased about 8 yrs ago. The earlier models had a fairly firm mattress. Weighing 132 lbs., did not afford me the luxury of "sinking " into the mattress. I received your topper on Wednesday of this week, after ordering it on the previous Sunday on-line. What excellent "service".

Your topper fit exactly perfect, and it was easy to put the mattress cover on the topper and the mattress. I haven't slept better in years ! Thanks for your great service and product. I will be sure to spread the word about my pleasant experience with your company.

I used to joke that "sleeping is what I do best."

However the last couple of years, I just was not sleeping well. When I went to bed, I couldn't seem to get comfortable. When I did sleep, it was not restful sleep. I tossed and turned and flipped and flopped throughout the night. Each morning when I got out of bed, I felt like I had been the loser in a wrestling match.

Odd, when I think back now, that I somehow adapted to this ritualistic pattern of restless sleep and aching back, shoulders and hips. Sure, I was mighty unhappy with the loss of sleep and aching body parts. But assuming that my age (that would be fall hen age) was the culprit, I believed there was no solution to the problem.

My two senior bulldgos hobbled around as badly as I did in the mornings, and I worried they were not resting comfortably at night either. After doing some research, I purchased a couple of memory foam beds for them. The beds made an amazing difference -- my dogs were sleeping better, and were not limping in the mornings as they did before sleeping in their new beds.

I had never really seriously considered that my mattress might be contributing to my restless sleep. Afterall, I had a popular namebrand matteress that was only a few years old. Nevertheless, I couldn't ignore the differnce in my dogs. So, I began doing my research.

How fortunate that I ran across Chuck Harmon. He is a wealth of information, and I appreciate the professional guidance he provided to me. I got just what I needed from Chuck -- a 3" memory foam topper.

I am telling you --- this thing is the BOMB! It feels great to crawl into bed now. Plus, I sleep throughout the night, just like in the old days. What a wonderful thing to wake up rested without aches and pains.

The memory foam topper was the solution to my problem. My only regret is that I didn't get one earlier. Just think, all that needless loss of sleep...

About 12 years ago I was in an accident that left me in major pain. Sleeping became something I had to endure. When I would wake up in the morning I was NOT well rested because all night I would wake up in pain.

There were times I had to wake up my husband to help me roll over. I had to lift my head with my hand and turn it, because I simply couldn’t bear the pain of moving it. And in the morning getting out of bed was for me ASAP.

Literally as soon as I would open my eyes I wanted OUT of my little torchure device (the bed) and I am a very healthy fit mom of only 40...

We finally decited to recearch and thanks to your website... Well , I am SO relieved to say that this is honestly the best month of SLEEP I have gotten in years.

I actually enjoy just laying there for a little bit and relaxing on our days off.
