10 Yr. Purchase Warranty

The Charles C Harmon Co warrants that your mattress pad/topper will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be found defective because of poor workmanship or foam defects during the first year of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this warranty does not cover a normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature which do not affect the pressure-relieving aspect of the memory foam material.

Mattress pads/toppers are covered under a 10 year replacement warranty. In the first year the cost of replacement is covered by the Charles C Harmon Co. Any replacement taking place after the first year will be assessed a pro-rated fee based on the following schedule.

Year 2 – 75%, Year 3 – 60%, Year 4 & 5 – 50%, Year 6 – 10 – 30%.

Any sag in the memory foam mattress topper greater than 1″ when placed on a firm, flat surface constitutes a warranty issue.

Charles C Harmon Co. does not warrant that this product is a treatment or cure for any person’s medical condition. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress topper or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn. Any and all shipping and handling expenses are to be paid by the buyer in the event their mattress has to be repaired or replaced.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product.
